This can be due to the expansion or change in your business, changes in the requirements for your product, the emergence of competitors, or the intensification of competition. 

Your company’s product requires long investments, is innovative, and, when it comes to market, will make significant changes in the whole industry and, of course, in your life, but have you lost faith in success and are ready to lay hands?

It is challenging to motivate your team when the manager himself discovers exhaustion, fear of change, and even sabotage of the success he has sought for years. 

I know how to help overcome states, such as preventing dangerous levels of emotional burning and getting out of states that are experiencing a crisis.

An essential area of consulting managers of companies or teams is the analysis of decision-making patterns, which helps develop a sustainable and effective team leadership style.

Effective time management is becoming crucial for managers, as is dealing with patterns of loss and waste of time. I have extensive experience helping with procrastination. 

Negotiation support

Very rarely, the company and you, as the head of the company, do without cooperation with partners, establishing new contacts, or finding new suppliers and buyers. Sometimes, how successful negotiations with new partners will depend on the well-being, development, or even your company’s very existence. It is known that changing the conditions of already operating contracts is much more complex than initially seeking more favorable conditions of cooperation.  

I have extensive experience advising, preparing, and supporting negotiations with new partners. 

Analysis of inefficient schemes in the company

Sometimes, as a business manager, you face a fall in financial results and realize that this may be due not to external conditions or circumstances (seasonality or global world processes) but to micro-processes taking place at the level of relationships in the team.

My experience does not relate to the analysis of economic indicators but to the analysis of the patterns of work of the team, first of all, the company managers, which make the work less efficient than it could be under the same conditions.

Consulting emotional difficulties of business transfer and expansion

It is now expanding, changing places, and opening up new markets for not only big businesses but also international companies. Often, broadening or moving a business to new countries and getting new customers in others is disturbed by fears, uncertainty, and stereotypes that the manager or business owner may not realize.

I help to discover such patterns and transform them into the success stories of international business development, even small ones.

Adaptation advice on moving to another country

You have moved to another country, and immediately, or maybe after a while, you have discovered that you are depressed, you feel apathetic, and it seems to you that you will never get used to the new climate, learn a new language, not adapt to the bureaucratic system and everything related to the relocation, even if the emigration was planned and desirable. You may have moved in connection with your studies, and acquiring new knowledge/profession in such conditions seems almost impossible. Maybe you moved because your partner changed your place of work, and it wasn’t easy to move because you had to rebuild your home and help your children adapt.

It helps me to successfully advise people in such situations, not only because of my education and work experience but also because of the experience of moving and living in other countries that are very different from mine. 

Career/professional change counseling

In almost every person’s life, the question of the correctness of the chosen profession arises. Those people who have not found a cause that brings them joy and gives them a sense of meaning may experience indecision and fear, even when they know where and what they would like to go to learn to change their lives. Suffering can also be experienced by people who are unsatisfied with their profession but need help knowing what they can do.

I have extensive experience accompanying people in situations of career change. I am aware of the fear of changing my life and becoming a new beginner again.
